If he lived with other people, he would need signed affidavits from them saying that he is stable enough for a gun. It's crazy
That I agree with cause the last thing we need is another crazy motherfukker with a gun but how much does it cost to notify an affidavit and that whole sort of process :jbhmm:

Theres already background checks for that. Saying you need someone else to exercise your rights as a citizen is nonsense. Anyone can say they dont feel comfortable with you having a gun

Background checks ain't perfect, a lot of them crazy fools pass that shyt then go on killing sprees. If the people who live with you aren't comfortable with you having it then maybe you don't need it is how I feel. Your family should be able to vouch for you having one.

It doesnt matter. If you have a liberal roomate, chances are they wouldnt want a gun in the house no matter what. They should have no right in barring you from exercising your right.

Same with the Nypd interviewing you. It's just intimidation

Are you a lawyer? Call up Treway and ask to represent them in their upcoming federal trials. Just say everyone innocent and their rights are being violated and they should be in the clear.

I understand your argument though I disagree with it because it's their home too. If they don't want a gun there then move your ass somewhere else because truth be told owning gun actually increases the risk of you dying by a gun. I mean you know how many people out there are fukking stupid or think about killing someone then because they don't have a gun they actually talk to that person and work it out, but what if they had a gun in a case like this? They would kill someone just out of anger that would have eventually subsided and the conflict resolved. I don't think everyone should have a gun tbh and feel the background check should be tougher as well as roomates having to cosign you having the gun in their home. If they know your ass is crazy or they are too p*ssy then you shouldn't have the gun in their house and that's the bottom line.

I mean take for instance the Marvin Gaye situation where his father killed him with a gun, his own father. There are so many cases like that per year as well fools out here who shouldn't have guns like that girl who picked up a gun and shot her boyfriend's head off on camera cause she didn't know the gun was loaded or so so she said. She was so stupid she didn't know you should never point a gun at someone cause even if you think its empty a bullet can be in the chamber. The statistics also show that gun owners are more likely to commit suicide then to actually use it as protection in a situation for self defense and I can provide the stats if you want them.

With all this said NY is too extreme, there should be a middle line between the states with pretty much no gun control and NYC level gun control.

City employees with permits are shooting/murdering people at a pretty significant clip the past few years and they're licensed.

If everyone has a gun shootings and deaths would only increase.

Exactly, and that's the last thing we need.

What made NYC so strict with guns? Was it the whole mafia culture back in the day where folks were doing drive bys with tommy guns and shyt?

I hope you guys know in Brooklyn that house is probably worth 400,000 plus.

Does he still live in Bushwick? If he does and he actually owns his house, it's probably worth over 1 million dollars

He seems like the kind of guy to stay in Brooklyn because he loves the attention he gets.
