Not every case is a slam dunk breh as any situation or issue could arise. You also have to factor in that each state is different and has their own Supreme Court.

Pay attention to court cases and lawsuits that come from the FDA approving the vaccine next week and we will revisit this topic at a later date.

And whose to say that a lot of those exemptions aren't legitimate? A lot of people have had religious exemptions for years and therefore have never gotten vaccinated. Hell, MPJ is going to dodge having to take the vaccine because of his religious reasons.

Deny one that the courts actually find to be legitimate and see what happens........

Well established Universities have already been through this fight thanks to the OG anti vax crowd and probably already have a list of religions/sects that have a legitimate track record with regards to vaccinations.

When I was at the University of Maryland they added the meningitis vaccine to Thier list of vaccines after I was already a student. I had to go the school infirmary to get the shot or else I would get dropped from my classes. This was back in the 2000s

Let's say if one person had actually been vaccinated before in their younger years, yet their religious beliefs had changed over the years and they didn't believe in vaccines anymore because of it and didn't do so for their children after.

Do you believe that the exemption should apply to them even if they had already been vaccinated in the past? You might say no, but the courts could and would likely potentially say something different.

You would think that they would look at their vaccination history while being a part of Thier religion. If that passes the smell test they would then look at other people within the religion to see if they have a history of vaccinations as well.

Hasidic Jews and Jehovahs witnesses seem to get these exemptions the most
