You would think that they would look at their vaccination history while being a part of Thier religion. If that passes the smell test they would then look at other people within the religion to see if they have a history of vaccinations as well.

That still doesn't account for all of the ingredients that are included in the vaccine.

A lot of people are going to try it on religious grounds and different states are going to have different interpretations of it. Let's not forget the fact that southern states tend to be more religious and might fall in favor of the employee compared to the business based on those reasons.
