Tax laws will always have loopholes, it is impossible to create a complex system of rules for 319 million people that is not filled with them. I think its perfectly reasonable to hold both parties accountable.
Please don't forget this is the same dude that said Obama "ONLY" pays 20% rate on his 800k.

I don't fault him for using the law to his benefit. The laws are the issue. Why would he voluntarily give millions to the IRS that he isn't liable for?
