Been on daily oatmeal for almost two years now. It only takes like a half cup of oats(mixed with raisins and nuts) to hold you for 3-4 hours. Before that, I would pick up a sausage biscuit from McDs at 7AM be starving before 9AM. So many people eating 1500 calories for breakfast just to sustain themselves. It's no wonder why the population is fat.

I usually eat a banana and hardboiled eggs for breakfast. Try to keep it at 400calories max.

Used to love this as a child. My mom would make it and add just the right amount of sugar. The one time I tried making it, I fukkked it up…and I never tried again

i used to fukk it up too lol, but i learned that the key is to take it off boiling after the initial water/milk mix starts bubbling, then stirring while simultaneously putting the meal in, and while still continuing to stir you put it back on boiling until it bubbles which isnt long at all(keep stirring too) and then put it on a low boil or simmer while you keep stirring for another minute or two. basically got to sit there with it n not be preoccupied with my ADHD ass.

I've been making overnight oats for my workdays. And it's effective for me, also been intermittent fasting as well and had some success. I've been experimenting with savory oatmeal was always used to sweeter variations.

Lemme put y’all gym brehs onto a good breakfast protein supplement

comes with a shaker bottle. Add milk (oat milk, regular or almond) and keep it in the fridge overnight, and it’ll be ready in the morning. You can make it thick or drinkable, and it tastes good :ehh:

22-32g of protein

Most porridges is fire
Never had porridge before. Is the consistency like oatmeal? I have a problem with foods like that. Cream of wheat almost made me throw up. It tasted good but the consistency was all wrong

Its smoother than Oats. But you can make it as thick or thin as you want. I guess you have to get used to the consistency

 Quaker Oats

What I do sometimes is that I reduce a banana to mush, mix it with two eggs, add some oats (some spices go well with it too) and spread it on a hot pan. Then flip it :cook:

Add an orange, maybe some yogurt and you got a W breakfast :blessed:

what does that taste like
