Meh.... see I disagree with that and I actually for me got reasons where I can disagree and contest that argument.

Like I’m not gonna put my personal business out there cuz this the internet and niccas be too much into trolling fukkery or play too much and love to take shyt too far. (Using shyt again people to EXPOSE)

But in so many words I can tell you for a fact my life changed DRAMATICALLY with high HIGHS and low LOWS over the years depending on who the President was.

One of my highs was in the Obama era when I was able to buy my house.

Not to mention the people around me and how I’ve seen different offices effect them too
Mos def you ain’t gotta bring out all that I believe you. I’d have to make the argument that mos American lives don’t change the way that the politician make it seem. People still don’t make enough to live. A lot of the statistics that the politicians pull out to make it seem like they’re better than their counterpart are strawman statistics. They look good, but in the grand scheme of things not much has changed.

:ehh: I can see how limited capacity mental folks may think I'm contradicting myself so let me explain

I said in my original statement: "I don't need white folks to do anything for me. All I need them to do is stay out of my way."

Remember when I said that?

Trump was in our way. Literally. His whole goal in office was to disenfranchise and set black ppl back decades if not a century. He was literally an existential threat to black ppl as his non handling of covid caused the deaths of many black ppl and put many of our lives at risk. Not to mention him actively getting his supporters riled up to attack and maim and kill black ppl. Trump was in our way.

Biden won't get in our way. He's not going to do the things above. Even if he never does anything FOR black ppl, as long as he just stays the hell out of black ppls way, I can live with that

:ehh:

Black people got attacked at his rally’s and not only did he laugh at it and praise it.

When people tried to backlash the white folks, he claimed that it was the black guys that started it and they deserved it.

I think Trump even offer to bail the white dude out and pay any legal fees

“I cant support things that white people don’t like or else they will be upset with me :sadbron:

That’s some pathetic shyt to say out loud, some things are better kept to yourself even though some of us knew what it was with this dude already.

And any of you clowns trying to justify this weak ass shyt would get on your knees and suck dikk for success / white acceptance...

"Let's not make white ppl mad"

Yet OUR ppl were slaves.

Their "anger" shouldnt even be 10% of ours.

In a world tailor made for them, ppl are worried about THEIR feelings

:heh:

Y'all stupid and don't understand the way any of this stuff works. As I told that fool @xoxodede... white ppl are the majority of this country. At best we are what, 16%? In order to pass reparations, there needs to be at least 51% of the country (at LEAST, probably more) supporting reparations.

Guess what? 51% of the country does NOT support reparations.

In order for us to get reparations, there would need to be an active movement to get at least 51% of the American ppl to support reparations.

There is no scenario where we get reparations without the assist from the greater white population.

Now with that being said... we can either (a) take this show on the road and start a nationwide tour to garner support for the cause and start to change hearts and minds and then once that's done, let the folks in congress know that we have support and now it's time to work on legislation.

Or (b) we can just sit back and complain.

THAT is how reparations will get passed. The only way.

There's no scenario where a president walks into office and with 85% of the country AGAINST reparations, makes it his top agenda task to get done. There is NO way that happens with 85% of the ppl against it.

I work in politics, yall don't. There has to be support from the ppl for that legislation to even get brought up in the halls of Congress or the white house without it being laughed off like a joke.

Let's be real here. You and the @neotheflyingone are just scared cowards. You can still get your money and push for reparations. You can do both at the same time. Pipedream my ass. Only people who would disagree are the people who dont want that shyt. You got Joe Biden giving reparations to Asian Americans and you cowards telling black people to vote for him for nothing in return. Yall sit down.

Told yall @neotheflyingone is an agent. Dude sounds like a whole bytch with that "it's all about me over you black people" speech. Straight up narcissist. Dude REALLY thinks this shyt is ALL about him. What exactly is this guys business? Hes not helping anybody either. fukk him. The nerve of this clown to even be in here. His punk ass does not want to put in any work for reparations but bet you if they gave out reparations today, his bytchmade ass would be pushing his way in line for that check off of other peoples work. @neotheflyingone is the enemy that they warned us about

Look little nikka. You’re probably one of the many dumbasses on here that voted Biden in. I didn’t vote for him. I voted for motherfukin Kanye. Take that bullshyt somewhere else.

Neither of us are against the concept of reparations. That is a straw man argument. What we’re instead saying is don’t hold your breath. Work towards building up yourselves and a black economic base. If you can, move into a thriving black community and circulate your money. Invest in black banks.

Basic shyt. There’s million ways to empower black people that doesn’t involve waiting around like a bum or begging whites for a check. Nikka you are preaching to the choir here. We want the same things.

P.S. Y’all get used to talking to white folks because that’s who you’ll need to convince en masse to pass reparations.

I will say one example is... I have a lot of friends in the Entertainment Business, right.

And the way Trump idiotically mismanaged last year, didn’t take it serious or didn’t care cost a lot of folks I know their jobs and livelihoods.

Like imagine you work at a performing arts theater.... but now your company ain’t running shows cuz no one wants to come to shows (in closed theaters in tight seats with potentially sick strangers) and no one wants to tour?

Now these companies ain’t bringing in money and people are just sitting at home. Then due to circumstances not in their control, they are now laid off after already not working most of 2020.

I honesty don’t think that would’ve happen say if another SMARTER LESS RACIST Republican was President was in office and I definitely don’t think the Democrats would’ve allowed that

I have to disagree. The decision for states to stay shut down was solely on them. Studies show that lockdowns didn’t work I.E. death rate in CA and Fla. they’re extremely similar yet Florida has a vast majority of older people living compared to CA which is like fifth youngest state. That’s a whole other discussion tho. My point being that states had the power to open up but didn’t. That wasn’t solely on Trump. Trump knew what he was doing too. He was trying to wash his hands of any blame if the state decided to stay lockdown.

I skimmed this goofy shyt but I made it clear that worrying about making white people mad is the issue. Never said one thing about passing anything...

As much as you post here, all day and night every day, with these long winded ass joints that don’t talk about shyt I’d assume you’d have better reading comp.

The republicans weren’t even on board with Trump until he got the nomination. A lot of them see Trump for what he is but made business moves cause of the backlash they would get from repu... Trump supporters. Do our lives get magically better if every republicans condemns Trump? It doesn’t. Truth is our lives really don’t change that much with whoever’s in office. It’s the same shyt every election “OMG a dem/repub is in office we are doomed!”. It’s tiring at this point.

Mines changed. Family died, and I been mainly stuck in the house for a year because of the previous idiot in the WH who refused to take the virus seriously and kept important info from the ppl that would have saved lives, including the lives of my family. A lot of black ppl I know died. Due to everything being shut down, in the first half of 2020, my business suffered immensely until I found my stride.

Only way you could feel like this at this point is if you're a cac.

This isn’t the first plague or virus this country has faced.

We’ve had sooooo many over the last 40 years. The point is, Trump had insight from the previous Office of shyt to come and even had some things in place to help prevent it and more properly deal with it.

But he choice to not only ignore it but break it up.... because of something petty as “fukk Obama”

That cost lives, time, and money and put us where we are now.

Yea states did what they did after the fact but any smart person in the office would’ve took more preventative measures like they’ve ALWAYS done and never let it get this far.

And we see it with places like Asia, Australia, etc with how they handled it and how for the most part they been good for a minute and many been reasonably back to normal

And this is my issue with the reparations crew. You're right. You're not talking about anything passing because a) you literally aren't versed enough in how this works to know how to make legislation passed; and b) its a lot easier to sit up and complain instead of getting off your ass to make something happen.

If we aint discussing legislation passing to get us reparations, then why even discuss reparations at all? So we just talking to hear ourselves talk?

This is how I know none of yall are serious. Yall just ignorant folks who want something to complain about.

Any time someone like me says "well this is how we can make reparations happen since you're so concerned about it" here yall fools come talking about "make it happen? :dahell: who said anything about making it happen? We don't wanna talk about legislation for reparations. We just wanna complain"

Australia and Asia isn’t America tho. We are an entitled bunch. No matter who was in office America wasn’t down with the lockdowns.

I think context was lost in what said or was meaning.

Basically, if it’s handle correctly from the start, the damage would’ve been more minimum just like every pandemic we had the last 40+ years
