But this is out of the entire black population which is 40+ million people. Plus a disproportionately higher number of black people in poor neighborhoods. And this is for the people who were charged. And we know how easy it is for a black person to be charged with a crime.

White people love hip hop and they support it more whne they are doing it. Now most black people are not going to support a black rock group. but they wiill support a white one.

I speak proper when I want, and I used to look down on blacks who didn't. I have since looked at it a different way.

We as black people need our own language. You can't combat systematic oppression when you only speak your oppressors language!
