Those are staate benefits bro...the California legislature is responsible for that. Just like any other state can have their benefits for laws like immigration. On the federal level though Obama has several executive orders that benefited immigrants..and I'm one of them.

But you notice even though I am one of them and it helped me to be able to get a job I will still criticize him. I mean I still respect him for helping me out but I dont give him a pass for it.

Speaking of Obama and the Baltimore situation I really wish we could have seen his reaction after this joke made at his dinner last weekend:

Cecily Strong went in HARD on President Obama and the Secret Service with an envelope-pushing joke about cops killing black men -- and she did it just miles from the Baltimore riots over that very issue.

Cecily hosted the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday night, and got the biggest reaction from the room when she said the Secret Service is "the only law enforcement agency in the country that will get in trouble if a black man gets shot."
