Black people are at the bottom of affirmative actions since the earliest days, though it was Black people who suffered and died for it. It was Black people who historically was gerrymandered.I'm genuinely curious about this thought process. Hypothetically, if a policy has a positive impact on all people but has a disproportionately positive impact on Black Americans, would you still be frustrated that it wasn't targeted only at Black Americans?
In your view, did the voting rights act or affirmative action "specifically benefit" Black Americans?

There is only one group of people in American history who systemically socioeconomically have been deprived. And that group happens to be Black people (not immigrants in general, nor Black immigrants).
