I've been to Cuba and there were tons of different nationalities in medical schools

I even went to a clinic when I scraped my toe and needed penicillin and the Dr was from south Africa and he trained in Cuba

Exactly. One of my friend's father schooled in Central America and now heads the staff at the largest hospital in the LA area.
