They propose to make cocaine legal that way young adults will acquire the necessary business skills to be competitive in an ever so competitive and interconnect world, students will be able to afford tuition, avert a student loan bubble, unemployment/underemployment solved, wind down the high cost of incarceration of non violent criminals...

There were some more issues it would resolve, it was a really good pitch. I think congress will go for it.
