I think this will benefit the black community more than any other group. Affordable/free college will eliminate a lot of the barriers black people face. A 2.5 GPA is not hard to maintain and this would help a lot of people.

But the job market is stretched thin as it is. You need to sustain it on the back end, cause we have an issue now where a bachelors is nearly worthless, now you just turned it into the new associates.

The actual college material students are going to eat off those refunds since those pell grants (households making under $23K) are going to go straight to their pockets. When will it go into effect?Maybe you need community college.
He's PROPOSING it to congress. It still has to pass.
But the fact he's introducing it to troll the GOP right now is incredible.
How can you be mad this is such a reasonable proposal, and it sounds like it also includes trade schools. Too bad it won't make it through congress
Pretty sure this is some executive action....you know Obama been done with this Congress for a while now
