You live up toy our namesake :Takeit:
Not brick and mortar when you have to constantly build to seat and instruct students.Or maybe that people are forced into colleges because manufacturing is dying due greedy corporations and globalization. The fresh out of high school full time living working wages in the factories is a dead pathway now a day.
Also, educating people is cheap. There are numerous countries worldwide that have free tertiary. So this demand increase cost is a fallacy. Majority of tertiary education is computerized anyways. If anything it should be cheaper or free.

I swear it was on some straight up minstrel type of shyt. He didn't want to better himself or do anything besides fukk around and smoke/sell weed.

No, its the bank's ability to give out an unlimited amount of money for college that is steadily driving up the cost. Especially with grad school, if you can charge $300,000 in loans, of course the schools will raise their tuition.Too many people in college as is deflating the value even further to be honest with you.
Thus the manufactured demand is steadily driving up the costs to attend.
