A whole lot of Republican states are gonna be fukkED. It'll be some brutal town halls...

The state capitals are gonna get flooded, hospitals will be eating uncompensated costs and pharmacies will have a whole lot of lost customers. The economic impact is going to be brutal.

The GOP will be begging (like they did in 2015 with subsidies) for this shyt to be saved. They have constantly shown health care is not their forte.

Democrat/purple states will write laws in their own state constitutions for health mandates and when folks get fukked on their insurance (like Florida, Ohio or Indiana) there will be hell to pay.

The PR will be awful.

On the topic of Supreme court, remember when FDR attempted to pack the court with an extra 6 Justices, to make it "more efficient". This would have allowed him to put in cutouts and get the New Deal passed. When faced with the threat of the Court increased to 15 Justices, the sitting judges declared the new deal constitutional and FDR didn't have to muddy his boots

I say that to say this, people waving around the constitutionality of things don't see the bigger picture. shyts been a fraud since FDR, and the country hasn't adhered to the Constitution. What's the point in picking it up again for 15 mins to holler bout some shyt, only to step on it again tomorrow when you need to rationalise something that is forbidden by the very same document.
