Im a skinny fukk on a mission to bulk & im tired of my ribs kinda being visible if i stand upright, I've been doing standing oblique crunches (weighted) & i noticed that the muscle is starting to cover it up, but im wondering if I should do more than just one exercise for my obliques to potentially add some more gains
