I live in a quiet predominately cac suburb and lemme tell you how many addicts and alchys are around here....let's just say our former felony judge would drink and drive OFTEN and would be escorted home by officers, and the misdemeanor drug had a major coke and drinking problem, went to rehab and even wore an ankle monitor behind the gavel, hell, she was wearing one when I caught my assault charge

Word plenty of raging white alcoholics lmao. Many of them are in the closet though.

My dude I got so many alcoholics and drug addicts in my family I lost count...

We have a lot of excellence and talent in my family but many have been taken down by drugs and alcohol.

This is why when someone says I don't drink or do drugs I just nod my head. A lot of people just don't experience addiction near them so they don't think it's serious.

I get that, but your experiences don't cover the whole race. Blacks aren't raging alcoholics or druggies anymore than white people. On some real, I know more white alcoholics and druggies than blacks, ESPECIALLY older folk. Heroin is out of control around here and outlying towns/cities, and this town alone is chock full of drunks. White.

I think a lot of younger white kids, early 20s, aren't really ashamed of being alcoholic. They think it's something to brag about. I know for me, I knew I was but didn't care enough to do anything about it so I was just like fukk yeah I'm an alcoholic, what?!



I'm not sure most black people that age would be so willing to admit that about themselves. I guess that's good and bad.
