Hmm, so it imploded but they have basically found the whole sub in various parts and some human remains?

Also it's obvious they knew immediately that the sub was gone but did due diligence in doing a 'search' for them. The world and family had some hope but coast guards etc knew the sub was gone from early on.

They couldn't find the sub for a whole week, announced it had imploded and all those on board are dead and then they find the whole sub few days later.
