Still though, if I found out that this happened in my family, I do it immediately. Stomp out the negativity quick, as the damage my be done but only when the fire is put out can the rebuilding be done. The more this goes on, the more damage it will cause in the long run.

This. You gotta step up and sit dude down and let him know that he's popped and he needs to jump out in front of this because of where your mom's it at. She came to you because she don't know what to do and can't go to her punkass old man because he doing the fukked up shyt, so she came to the next man in her life to try and make sense of it. You never know where sound advice could come from. Yeah I'd be extremely leery of asking folks here something like this because there are some with no kind of chill in them who take any opportunity to be "tough guys" and trolls but there are some good folks in TSC
As far as the question man what a horrible spot to be in, it depends on your relationship with your uncle. Are you of age and maturity where you're more of a peer than little buddy to unk?
Taking the hands on approach and talking to him is gonna open you up to some convos and things you might not wanna/be able to hear keep that in mind when deciding if and how u go about the convo

Pretty much, and is this goes 3 months then it becomes. "So you KNEW about this for 3 months, and you DID nothing?"
It's like it spills over and it becomes your fault. It sucks and there is no way you can win, the best is just to snuff out the flames and begin to rebuild.

You have to remember to say fukk his feelings (and for the most part everyone else's because this gonna get crazy and people gonna be hurt). You gonna have some movie shyt going on if you don't say shyt. One day y'all sitting at the table eating, mom's is sitting there and she catch pops eyeing shortie and shyt gonna hit the fan when she gets her 8th glass of wine, yac or whatever she drinking. I'm trying to make light of a fukked up situation but that's the type of shyt that happens when you don't speak on shyt like this. The longer it lingers the worse it gets.
