From what I understand he had a past addiction problem but had been clean for quite some time according to his twin sister, which is why the report that he was high on pcp was surprising to me. I knew they had found some on him but I did not expect him to have been using.

The jury process needs revising.

Jurors get to not serve justice and remain anonymous is a problem. The public should be able to grill jurors.

When a person is murdered, the accused should have a jury where at least 50% of the murdered peers are serving.

I said government and system.

What good is a federal government if it allows the state to slaughter its people? All people pay federal taxes, thus the federal government has (should have)more incentive to protect citizens from injust state governments more than the state (being that there are states without state taxes).
