Officer Darren Wilson's story is unbelievable. Literally.

He didn't need to connect him to the robbery
They have him robbing the store on film.

Why would he put his hand in his waistband while charging, even though he was unarmed?

Honestly it seems like the prosecutor was more like the defense attorny for wilson. It seems like he was doing everything he could to keep this from going to court.

The CRAZIEST part to me...even if I believed Wilsons story 100 percent...thats STILL enough to go to trial. It makes no sense to not even have a fukkin trial. He explicitly stated he used lethal force without ever seeing a weapon.

How come after the initial confrontation Wilson didnt radio dispatch? An officer was assaulted, and he discharged his weapon. He's still in the car and Mike Brown is running away. Why didnt he radio for help right then? Mike Brown is 300lbs and was shot in his hand. He's not getting very far. Wait for backup, then arrest him.

If Mike Brown is anything more than 10 feet away from you...and you never saw a gun on him...how can you claim your life was threatened and therefore needed to use lethal force?

By Wilsons on version of events he should have been indicted.

This is crying shame, what an absurd story. You'd figure that the testimony of Brown charging at the cop grasping at what we know was a non existent weapon would be enough to call bullshyt. I mean what's the explanation? Michael Brown was trying to scare a cop who was already shooting at him by alluding that he himself had a weapon? I guess all you have to show is that there was marijuana in his system and now anything goes. I understand that the bar was low since Wilson only needed 4 jurors to believe this bullshyt to prevent the indictment...but that's 4 too many with this bullshyt
