Different times. Spanking was also the right thing to do now it is looked down on and child abuse
Clown.
I did not grow up in any impoverished area and am way too young to remember the 90s outside of Rugrats. However, if it were extremely successful as many claim, why are they not using tougher sentences to reduce the heroine epidemic? They are now saying that rehabilitation is the answer.
Because they are educated enough to know the flaws and heroine is a white issue mostly.

I wish y'all would stop with that crime bill

It's what everyone wanted at that time

And y'all act like nikkas was innocent. Crack had motherfukkers wilding
No it was not what everyone wanted. It is what old black mothers wanted and even then there were issues raised about it that were ignored. But the problem is Bill defending it in 2016 when the whole world switched. You guys have to stop caping for the Clintons.

I could see them doing that, I hate to say its different but it really is, the heroin epidemic is nit turning community into warzones. Doctors are more to blame in getting them started with pills, most heroin addicts started from that.

The overwhelming majority of people incarcerated as a result of the Clintons' policies were incarcerated for possession, not violent offenses. There is no rationale not involving race that justifies offering heroin users probation but crack users punishment. Physicians are not the reason why people are turning to heroin or other opiates either. The overwhelming majority of prescription users never devolve into addicts. In addition, the reason why addicts turn to heroin is because their physician stops prescribing them prescription analgesics. Heroin use has also been increasing since 2002 way before many of the pharmaceuticals became not as regulated. How is a physician the one to blame? Why wasn't it until white became the face of heroin in 2012 that politicians chose to switch to rehabilitation?

That is the single reason why, but many are not going say that. Heroin has been on the rise since the early 2000s. They did not say anything about switching to rehabilitation until about 2012 when white people became the majority users. So, they were not knowledgeable of the flaws in 2011, but they concomitantly became aware in 2012 when white people became the majority users? Yeah, that is really plausible.

BTW Trump promised big stars for his event and never delivered. Scott Balo and Antonio Sabbata Jr:lolbron: trust a trust fund baby to deliver.

He would've been better off giving the speaking time to a couple of rejects from The Apprentice :mjlol:

Will he regret not unleashing Stephen Baldwin and Omarosa onto the convention come November? :lupe:

What piece of legislation doesn't have detractors?

The fact is that bill was neither all bad nor all good but to use it at reseaon to decry the Clintons as a whole is petty

Especially when progressives beloved Assualt Rifle ban was apart of that bill
