"Fair share" of taxes is the most absurd argument there is when talking about corporations. The U.S. has one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world, and you can thank pathetic and disastrous unions for companies keeping their money over seas.

The tax rate is meaningless when corporations can take advantage of numerous deductions and loopholes and unions haven't been relevant for thirty years.
