Trump is literally lock and step with the GOP on everything but trade. You don't make someone as unpopular as Mike Pence your VP if that wasn't the case.

The same Trump that spent the past year insulting and alienating the GOP? The same Trump that just had the lowest amount of GOP establishment figures attend his convention? The same Trump who prompted an entire movement of establishment GOP figures to try and fukk him out of the nomination? The same Trump who prompted National Review, the conservative bible, to dedicate an entire issue to stopping him? The same Trump who caused the last Republican president to publicly muse that he will be the last Republican president? The same Trump whose foreign policy caused almost every GOP establishment darling to publicly came out against it? The same Trump whose GOP establishment donor base is dry as fukk, causing him to spend 50 mil of his own money? The same Trump whose public statements about the LGBT community are in stark contrast with the GOP platform? The same Trump who is publicly uncomfortable any time he's forced to be in the same vicinity as his establishment VP, and even tried to dump him after the news had broke that he selected him? Yeah, Trump looks like a real typical Republican to me.

Just because you can post articles on Trump's spur of the moment answers doesn't mean he's any different. He will put in crazy right judges, he will fukk over health care, and he will give massive tax breaks to the wealthy. He's not anti establishment or against a rigged system he's a demagogue with fascist tendencies who prays on the uninformed electorate. If Hillary wasn't a lying establishment shill he'd have no chance right now.

These are not spur of the moment answers, these have been the cornerstones of his campaign since the primaries, and many of these issues he's been talking about since the late 80s. Your idea that for some reason one day he'll just turn the frankenstein uber Republican that you want him to be is not based on any facts. I'm sorry.

I don't care at all for incrementalism or liberalism so this system is wicked and needs to go, either by us moving beyond it (preferable) or it simply collapsing. I think Trump gets us closer to the latter. Hillary extends the life of the system.
