Redskins (if they lose Cousins)
Cardinals (with Palmer)
Broncos (with Siemian /Lynch)
Texans (with Osweiler)
49ers (with Hoyer)
Maybe even Jaguars (with Bortles)

Jags stuck with ol Borty Boy. heard Khan wanted to cut bait but i guess he got talked out of it. and they just gave Barry Church 6 per, god help that team

Bears will certainly be drafting a QB to compete with Glennon - maybe not year one, but I dont think they are under assumption Glennon is answer

if he can be had lower, then theres no reason to not trade down and take him lower. thats how the draft works.
