Been telling you for a while now, like where we are heading. You're def right about WR1, White ain't it. Secondary needs more work too but the new additions look nice. Eddie Jackson might be a long term solution at S.

I remember saying after the draft I liked what the Bears did after Trubisky. Everybody crucified them for that pick but afterwards they picked up a lot of really good players. In particular I loved the picks of RB Tarik Cohen and S Eddie Jackson. Was high on both guys before the draft.

pp21 is all athleticism. not the game smarts or film study like sherm got.

get destroyed by Crabtree all the time brehs

sherm still put up good #s last year. other teams just picked on the 2nd corner
You and @BlueHeffner dont know what y'all talking about.

Pp21 was getting burned by Crabtree because for one there was no pass rush and two he didn't control his diabetes. Once he got that under control and and slimmed down, he was the shut down corner we know today. Sherman benefits from the system. He lines up with reciever in his zone. Pp21 ALWAYS covers the team's best receiver regardless of which side of the field he's on.

It's true, why you're acting brand new? :what:

Why bring up some negative old shyt?

Patrick played like garbage a few seasons ago.Wasn't living up to the hype

They spun it on some diabetic shyt, but whatever the case, he got better

I've been giving him his props the last few years.

I still think he's shytty against the run, but his coverage skills improved.

Seems like you're always hovering around my post with the" :rudy::shaq2::what:" face

I've been rocking with this squad for 22 yrs.I'm a fan, trust me

I'm not questioning your loyalty, but you're always looking at the glass half empty type. Real pessimistic posts. You're still a Darksider (only Card fans on the internet know that phrase) but these aren't the Cards of old. No DWreck, Max Hall, or Jeff Blake.

I look stuff as a glass half full. Not every prospect is gonna come out of the draft and be a first team pro-bowler. I do believe PP21 had diabetes like John Brown had sickle cell. There was something terribly wrong with them when they were off. And it was more then their game simply being off.

Chad Williams and Reddikk aren't stepping it up this year, and as rookies and one coming from a small school, I expect that. But a lot of people are expecting them to light it up but that's beyond expectations. I'd say it's unfair to bash them even though I hear some fans bytching about them. I do believe keim drafting from small schools is going to be our downfall. Rodney Gunter can't crack first team. Brian Williams finally is coming to his own, but we'll see about that.

Palmer was getting hit ALOT during the Bears games. Part of that was due to him holding the ball too long. He was out of rythmm. Gabbert looked way better out their with inferior olinemen. Palmer is not going to last if he ends up on his back like the Bears. But that doesn't mean it's all his fault. Humphreys gotta step it up. Velheer was getting beat too and rumor is he's not all that in the game since the CTE report.

I'm not making excuses but I'm trying to be real and fair.

I'm just a critical nicca by nature.

That's how it is when it comes to fandom.

There's a whole constellation of different personality types.

At the end of the day, it's all done out of love.

It's just expressed differently.

End of the day, I'mma be rooting for a W just as hard.Despite my concerns, frustrations...pessimism.

'95-'07 could lead to a lifetime of cynicism.

On top of that, the nature of sports has changed.

That community "family" feeling is gone.

These dudes are like hired mercenaries.

I root for them because they play for my team, but a part of me will always stay detached.

You play good, I'mma praise you....You don't, I'mma talk some shyt

Some people are glass half empty and some are glass half full. Sometimes those that seem glass half full aren't actually like that, it just comes across that way or can be perceived that way.

Patriots fans can be some of the worst with that crap. If the team does anything less than 40+ points, allows more than 15 points, and Brady has a passer rating below 120.00, everything is awful. Anytime Belichick makes a decision that doesn't pay off immediately, he becomes the most overrated coach.GM in NFL history. You guys would legitimately cringe at some of these idiots when the franchise has been the premier franchise for nearly two decades.:mjlol:.

I agree.I'm not that extreme with it, tho.

It's more on a macro level with me.

I can deal with the collective winning ugly.

Everything doesn't have to be perfect in order for me to have reassurance.

It's when the individual pieces don't play up to their potential.

That's the thing that bugs me.

I know what you mean, as the NHL team I'm a fan of and some of the players are as frustrating as can be.

When it comes to the Patriots, I tend not to question any decisions as there's a reason Belichick has five Super Bowl rings as a head coach and Brady is the GOAT. The crap you can see spewed on their message boards are astounding sometimes.

Exactly. The aren't happy if they win, and they aren't happy if they "only" win b 21 points. Yes, there are always areas of improvement, but us Boston sports fans have been beyond spoiled the past 15-20 years.

To some idiots up here, it's only acceptable if the Patriots score 40+ points, allow less than 200 total yards, and hold an opponent under ten points.:scust:.
