This happened In the first primary/caucus and will hopefully galvanize citizens in other states to point to their politicians like

That's why it's hard to take them seriously.
Clearly Iowa put too much faith in a bunk app and now they're reverting to plan b and C which I'm guessing they didn't train or staff for as well.
As far as why it's taking so long? I'm guessing it's because they're doing it by hand and it's close.

Pretty close poll. The majority of voters rode with Bernie and Biden isn't to pick up any delegates.
On first run:
Pete over performed.
Warren underperformed.
And Then Bernie didn't pick up the older more moderate voters on second run which gave Pete the result from the prediction. At least so far.
So far before this all began HL predicated Bernie would win the popular, there's a chance Pete could win the most delegates, that having old people counting votes is a bad idea, and that the App wasn't thoroughly vetted BEFORE any delegate was assigned.

The information is literally right in front of the people complaining, instead they've decided to spin conspiracies about the dnc and other candidates which ultimately only helps Trump.
I understand everyone is rightfully upset about the app, caucuses, and the wait for results but I'm positive all of the candidates are upset by this and no one more than the people who participated in Iowa in good faith of our democratic traditions.
Bernie blew the competition out of the water and I'm genuinely happy about that. One would think his supporters would step back and realize this instead of acting like lunatics.
