I don't disagree. But I don't feel that is the main issue at play here.You're dealing with volunteers. You can provide them with training, but ultimately they have to choose to take it up.

The app they insisted on using is fukking upright, but that was them trying to make shyt more seamless, efficient and transparent, changes in response to previous criticism. so yea, it failed due to a shytty app, but it's weird to blame them for trying something new as a response to previous issues people had with the process. new things struggle the first time around every day
I was just thinking this after my previous post but didn't want to have a stream of consciousness on here.He's not wrong about self dealing. Seeing the benefits of an app in 2016 almost certainly led to the creation and adoption of this new app.
