I hope Vaki gets some rushes now that this is over. Drafting him to be a special teamer/RB and then not playing him on offense is so weird.

We been calling for this all year lol. They ran a couple against the Vikings but overall it’s been missing. Also saw dig routes from other receivers last night. All these guys can’t be double teamed. Someone will always be open, and then you open up deeper shots.

Quick routes over the middle. This is how we killed the Vikings for two and a half years. I’m even madder about that shyt after seeing the Ravens clown them lol.

Arnold figuring it out with Reed close to coming back :wow:

Alim been bad so far. Hopefully he returns to form with a few more games under his belt
Guessing you meant to post this

He got dinged last week for bad run defense but it was obvious he didn’t fully trust his shoulder. He balled out yesterday. Sucks about the concussion. Hoping he can come back for Philly or we have no shot. Same with Kerby…need him back.

I think you might have said it before, but it's him constantly getting dinged up that's more of a worry than him being good at coverage. I can tell in his okay with him reacting and playing the ball now while it's in the air that's he's getting more comfortable there instead of panicking and getting handsy. But it seems that corners stay getting dinged up all across the league, and especially on our squad, so I guess it just comes with the territory.

It's the man coverage. Holmes, Campbell, etc have made it clear they prioritize run support/fits over coverage. Same way they prioritize edge setting over pass rushing from their d-lineman. But a 260+ pound edge rusher can take the pounding whereas at some point your 200 pound corner is going to break down. Terrion will be fine in the long run, he's never been injury prone. But you know who has been injury prone since HS? Ennis Rakestraw. Which is why that shyt never made sense to me. I genuinely think he'd be balling if he was magically healthy but he will never be healthy in this scheme. So if you're going to play this type of scheme you need to either draft a lot of CBs or sign a lot. So far Holmes has decided to sign a lot. That needs to change IMO.

Even with the Jets...it was so obvious AG didn't value Sauce like most of the league does. Sauce is a terrible tackler so boom, traded.
