ehh. none of these races were in swing states, and it was probably more because trump ran on fixing inflation, and it's been a year, and he hasn't fixed shyt. the vast majority of people aren't affected by shutdowns

The biggest takeaway from this is that the Democrats participated in a battle that they knew they weren't going to win. I feel that is real reason people are angry. Republicans simply had too much leverage over them to begin with so for me it was hard to see a situation where the Democrats would get exactly what they wanted. That was never going to be on the table.

Democrats are above criticism. Republicans make up the majority of congress and the presidency. And you here expecting Democrats to do anything for you is silly.
