Facts. He was horrid in the Pacers series. Up and down the rest of the postseason....and much of the regular season honestly. Very inconsistent. His defense was mid. All around...kinda soft.

At times this season I was like "F those picks! " because Mikal was playing well. Most times though I was feeling post trade regret like wow we got swindled . 3&D wing who can't hit 3s consistently and whose D is mid

If there's a deal where you can flip him for let's say a Jaren Jackson Jr or one of those wings the Pels got (Trey Murphy/Herb Jones) I'd do it without blinking.

Yeah. At first I was like well Malone is a championship head coach and he's available

But the reasons he was let go was for similar reasons to Thibs. Inflexible, stubborn, unwilling to play his bench, inability/unwillingness to develop younger players. You don't fire Thibs just to hire the younger version of him. Makes the move to let Thibs go pointless, imo

Thibs over relied on him and did too much with the 40 minute outings, and he might get traded as they recalibrate - but the slander goes too far, both teams getting ready to play in a few days would utilize the fukk out of Josh in the 20 minute spurts he's suited for.

I think he’s a liability. He’s not worth the money. He’s also horrible.

I don't disagree with you, but the Knicks could also use the open roster spot to potentially get a better player than Hart.
