Mike Brown didn’t play Keon EllisKnicks have a coach that won’t run his starters into the ground

Ok fair enough. It makes me like this hiring more. I thought he lost the kings locker room like he had the Lakers.Fox is the reason Brown got his extension to begin with. The media scapegoated Fox. That situation was horrible. Unfortunately, I'm a Kings fan. I follow that dumpster fire.

Mike Brown never coached LaVine.Mike Brown didn’t play Keon Ellis
LaVine and Fox averaged 37 minutes, DeRozan ageraged 36 minutes, and Sabonis 35 minutes, Monk at 32 minutes as 6th man/spot starters
Kings aren't a serious organization. Their front office is a joke. Just look at how the league reacted when he was fired.Ok fair enough. It makes me like this hiring more. I thought he lost the kings locker room like he had the Lakers.
OG needs to be back at his natural position at SF being a demon on the perimeter. If they do decide to have Mitch come off the bench, then they need to start Deuce & move Hart to the benchIan also said the Front office brought Yabu to play behind a starting front court of Town & Mitch.
So shyt might change during training camp but it sounds like Hart is officially back on the bench.
I also wonder is OG no longer expected to play the PF or maybe play PF a lot less?
Brunson
Bridges
OG
KAT
Mitch
Bench
Mcbride
Hart
Clarkson
Yabu
Dadiet low-key could add to that bench unit. He moves really well as an off the ball shooter.

Oh yeah, Bridges should definitely start but move him to SF & Deuce to SG with Hart on the bench if the new coach doesn't want the double big lineupThey could run a sort of 3 guard bench for speed (McBride, Hart, Clarkson) and then bring in Yabu on different intervals when they want to stretch the floor using 5 out next to KAT or not give up shooting from the 4 if KAT needs to benched cause he got stupid fouls. The starters would run double bigs, 4-1 out with shooters and Brunson being ball dominant.
Basically Brown has pieces to experiment during the season with.
More than anything this team has needed a PF for a while.
Maybe. It’s too early to tell, but I think that in intervals a 4 out of KAT and Yabu works and should happen about 20 minutes a game, but defensively Brunson, Yabu, and KAT is not something that can be maintained all game and they’ll probably be matchups with certain teams where that is a nightmare…. Like the Cavs. There's a good chance Yabu starts after a while. He's an amazing fit with Brunson/Bridges/OG/and KAT. He's a great screener, stretches the floor reliably, will crash the glass so KAT can spend more time on the perimeter; he'll be used kiind of like how Randle would be used if he was still here. I'm probably getting ahead of myself but there are a few more cons to starting either Hart, Mcbride, or Mitch imo.
You’re right. There are a lot of lineups the team can work on. Like people support Thibs but the longer he was here the less he wanted to experiment to see what could or could not work. I am hoping Brown takes a different approach.Oh yeah, Bridges should definitely start but move him to SF & Deuce to SG with Hart on the bench if the new coach doesn't want the double big lineup
