Bro I've been a gunit fan from the beginning and it's clear as day that banks and yay have rode for him since the beginning done everything he say and deserve more. Look how much 50 is worth right now and look when he first dropped the GRODT...he's 100x richer right now...yet back then he manage to secure 1mill for yay while he was in jail..in 2014 I could never see him doing that. Every rap mogul has a list of disgruntled proteges and signees that claim they were jerked or abandoned. Unlike most of those, Banks and Yayo made millions, toured parts of the world no other big rap acts would go, had video games, clothing, cameos in films, all sorts of endorsements and opportunities to branch out and have their own situations, yet they didnt. A few mixtapes later and theyre still known for being 50's homies. Is he supposed to carry them along and cut them into his deals when they bring little to the table of what hes trying to accomplish?
wow its a lot to address in here. i will say that yes 50 turned into hypocrite and the reason his career has taken a big dive its cause he's alienated himself from those around him except em. game buck banks tony dr dre and sha money. imagine if all of those was still around him and supporting him, where he would be? my god he might be in obvious goat status. sha money was the chain in 50 music and the success of g-unit. 50 too stubborn and ego-driven to recognize that. tony was tryna do a reunion( go on twitter a couple months ago when buck came home) and then this happened. so idk why he would lie and say its b/c nikkas want to be solo. this shyt has nothing to do with money or any of that

exactly. 50 was introduced to the world along with tony yayo and banks. 50 cent is the future mixtape got much more attention than guess who's back and they was on that too. banks could rap the best, tony at that time arguably could have been the best overall one, and 50 had the charisma, sound, and already been an artist in the game at the time. he was the lead artist. that whole movement is what made 50 cent hot, not just 50 himself. when they went mainstream it was 50 cent g-unit to the world. buck and banks dropped dope projects. they created those albums. banks has a fanbase b/c of his talent. buck had a fanbase too especially when he was riding on 50 cause of his talent and 50 aint let him go cause he wasnt gonna risk that nikka signing somewhere else getting even more support. tony the only one who stop takin rapping serious and was like fukk it. but at hte same time, tony been hypeman even in 99 when 50 was a fat nikka
