Corners of my eyes itchy as fukk the last two days :sadcam:

But surprisingly, no congestion, runny or plugged nose :ehh:

I started using this in the morning and I haven't had any itchy eyes since:

This spring hasn't been as bad as the previous ones. I've taken my allergy medicine everyday and been alright for the most part minus a stuffy nose and itchy throat. Couple more weeks and I'll be in the clear .

Like someone said before... LOCAL honey

This and as soon as you get in from being outside and especially before bed have a thorough SHOWER gets all pollen off your body

Try not to bring outside clothes into your bedroom (obviously being outside in them) needs to be as sterile as possible

Try taking the pollen tablets a couple months before spring to get your system ready be proactive not reactive

I also hear there is an injection you can get that is pretty good but the science behind it is sketchy

Get some honey from your local farmer's market. Something about the pollen in the honey will galvanize your immune system and help with allergies, but it takes about a week of use to kick in.

In the meantime:

Flonaise
Zyrtec-D
Ophcon-A

bee pollen as well can mix both

but likely your allergies are extreme because something in your biology is decreasing your ability to combat allergies.. would look to diet first like some already suggested

Im so tired of not being able to breathe, tired of my ears itching. I used to have a lot of mucus in my throat, but it seems like it moved to my nose and ears, sometimes head.

Anybody know what I can use for those?

Also, how do you get your sinuses to drain? My sinuses in my forehead ended up randomly draining on their own and never came back, so did my ears, bt they still itch often. My nostrils seems to never get better though except for that one time a doctor gave me some type of steroid for it.

Im supposedly allergic to a few types of pollen, mold, dust mites, roaches, mouse urine and I think some type of weeds. I dont think Im around any of them though, so I dont understand why I still cant breathe. The doctor has been no help so far.

I’m so thankful my seasonal allergies ends in the first week of June. I would really hate the summer if I suffered from it.
