Because of covid the local honey is nonexistent, at least where im at.
I have to drug myself every 2 hours. I go run or workout and soon as I step in the house it's sneezing sinus headache runny nose the works
Im taking zyrtec xyzal sinex diff types of nasal sprays Vick's nasal stick and benadryl

Nothing works

I've been living off the daily dose of Claritin-D and Flonaze daily. Two weeks ago I stopped taking Claritin D and not feeling that bad at all. The first couple of days was rough but feeling good now. I was doing that weekly shot for 4-5 years and it basically had no affect on me. If I went 2-3 days without any allergy meds and it felt like I had the flu.

Got this nose spray that kills the sinus pressure. My shyt still runs all day like a leaky faucet.
