my bad, let me clarify: I have issues when it comes to sending out MMS to iphone users. Anyone else have issues when it comes to text/mms and recipients iphones?

I have issues with mms period, not just to iPhones. It's not consistent, sometimes it'll work no problems other times it won't. Usually the problems occur when I'm on Wi-Fi, so I'll turn Wi-Fi off and it sends. I can't believe Google hasn't fixed this issue yet. Oh and I use Verizon messenger....the success rate of mms's went up immensely once I started using that app. Still not perfect tho

This and the "cursor jump" issue when typing in browsers are the most frustrating issues in android for me.

Battery life lasts me a day with 3-4 hours screen time, but I don't game on my phone. I keep location services/gnow on as well switching these off gives about a 20% boosts In my experience.

Camera has improved as in my experience and given the data I've seen is slightly worse than say a S4. If google Improve the camera app I'm sure this will improve however.

Glad you like it breh

It's a phone which betters the Iphone 5s IMO at half the price. Come November/December I'll be copping a Nexus 6

I'm interested in a resolve, too.

My girl dabbled with a Note 3, coming from a 4S, and messaging was one big clusterfukk. Had to go thru so much shyt to disassociate her number with iMessage, and even when everything was done, group messaging never worked. Ultimately threw it in the bushes for a 5S and never looked back. This one of the biggest reason I hesitate to hop on Android from a iOS device and nobody online seems to have a 100% fix.

thats an ios issue. Turn off imessage before you switch to android

I have no idea why you all are having so many issues with messaging. I use multiple messaging apps and don't have any issues with any of them. Default, Go SMS, Hangouts, Facebook Messenger and Gvoice.

I haven't charged my G2 since 7 am. Right now my phone is sitting at 89% after light to medium usage at work.

Yall nikkas don't know how happy I am not to be a slave to a charger.

Sounds more like an IOS problem. Hangouts for the most part fixed everything except for sending gifs to iphone users. It shows up as a still image while its animated on my end.

But then again, it might be just this one particular user because her iphone was always acting up. And group messaging works fine on hangouts, iphone users and all.

Did you sign a contract as well? I think this phone can last me 2 years. the only issue I had with the Nexus was the horrible battery life. It made my phone useless.

The Nexus battery life was something that we could deal with 2 years ago...but 2 years with the same battery life

There's gonna be something that pisses you off with the G2 by the time your ready to get your new phone breh, trust me. I bought that Moto X off contract
