So i went in to get a note 3 replacement because my camera module was faulty......ended up getting a gs5 as a replacement instead and im suprisingly shocked at how much BETTER it performs than my note 3. Everything is faster and smoother to me..is that just me? Im kind of suprised at how well touchwiz performs on the gs5 in comparison to my note 3. A lot of small things theyve added makes it a better experience too (when you get a call, theres a pop up of the phone call in the top left corner of the phone instead of it going to a whole new phone call screen).
The default internet and gallery apps are MUCH faster and better with scrolling. Facebook scrolls much smoother on the gs5 vs. the note 3..etc etc.
Before using the gs5 after trading my note 3 in i was only doing it because i wanted my one-handed use back but after playing with it i realize its just flat out a better performing phone with more features besides the s pen shyt. I slept on that gs5 brehs
also...finally have slo mo and "smooth motion" video recording...aka...120hz esque motion/60fps second video...shyt is piff!
Maybe instantly throwing nova launcher on without trying out touchwiz for awhile is a mistake...either that or the gs5 just makes touchwiz much better..
hate to be a cheap b*stard and all of that but hey... times is hard.
