Two alleged photos of the HTC One M9 Plus leaked on Chinese social network Weibo. What we're seeing is a 5.2-inch screen HTC One M9 lookalike with a positively huge round camera on the back panel, accompanied by a dual-LED flash. Otherwise, the smartphone is identical in appearance, but it's a bit of a different beast inside.
For starters, the 5.2-inch display has a 1440x2560 resolution. The chipsets powering the device will be the MediaTek MT6795 2GHz octa-core processor and the Snapdragon 810 (in a different version). 3GB of RAM are on-board, as well as 32GB of internal storage, a fingerprint reader, and the prodigious BoomSound speakers.

I ended up getting two 64 sd cards because it only ended up being 50 dollars but had the 128gb been reasonable, I would of got that. I go through gigs like water. It's nothing.

I think part of the reason for getting rid of sd cards is that companies have to pay Microsoft (formatting ex-fat and fat32). Other data formatting techniques could be used, but then it would be difficult for it to be compatible with most other devices. If you notice, google never had a nexus device with an sd card slot except the first nexus.

lol@people torrenting huge files to fill up 128gigs on PHONES....man thats geek shyt..thats not the norm lol. Some people take phones way too seriously ...

You dudes dont have laptops/tablets? Yall downloading libraries of full length movies or something? To keep on your PHONE? 64gigs is plenty for music/pictures/vids unless you are a digital hoarder that just has to keep every....single.....file on your phone. Thats crazy lol.

New Subscribers Can Get 3 Months Of Google Play Music All Access For $3

Google is always coming up with deals to get people to try its All Access music subscription (which now includes YouTube Music Key as well). After offering free trials when the service first launched or with every Chromecast purchase, it's now discounting a 3-months subscription to a total of $3, i.e. a mere Washington per month.

As the deal's terms state, this offer is only valid for new subscribers, but exactly who qualifies as a "new subscriber" remains up in the air. Obviously, if you're completely new to GPMAA, you will get the deal, but it seems that if you trialled the service for free before, you don't. However, a SlickDeals user reported canceling his current subscription and making use of the discount. So if you've previously used GPMAA, you can click the promo's link and just hope for the best.

As stated above, this gives you access to Google Play Music's entire catalogue of songs as well as YouTube's music background playback and offline downloads. When the 3 months are over, your subscription will be renewed at the regular rate of $9.99 per month (unless you cancel it beforehand).

it's unremarkable :manny:

solid phone but nothing special.

two things that i liked about the phone.. the knock on code is dope. either double tap the screen to wake it up.. or you can have a series of taps that act as your password. so you don't gotta press any buttons to unlock your screen. just tap it a few times. this is the feature that i miss most.

second thing.. which wouldn't work as well without the knock code is that the volume and power buttons are on the back. it takes a lil bit to get used to but i ended up like it a lot more than the standard side buttons.

Thanks :tu:

Yeah, I played around with the phone at the store during the week and thought having the buttons on the back was dope. It makes the phone look better and ultimately it's more convenient.

It's gotten a lot of very favourable reviews and the visuals looks great.

Honestly, I like it so I've gone ahead with the upgrade. :manny:
