What's your defintion of build quality?

Most people argue that "it feels cheap" when it comes to arguing about build quality. They look at the feel and design of the phone. But it becomes less apparent when you throw a case on it(which most do).

I'm denying when it comes to the nonesense he talks about it. But sadly, he's right on this one.
search Galaxy S III build quality on google and see what comes up. Build quality is EXTREMELY important when you are spending 500+ or locking into a 2+ year contract. That case nonsense is a built-in excuse

He is not right...he almost never is.

I personally don't care about your opinions, its more so the fact that the quality of this damn thread has gone downhill since you started spamming. Not only are your opinions shyt, but you post the same things over and over again. We get it, you don't like HTC....move the fukk on and talk about other relevant shyt before I ban you from this thread for good.

What quality? People asking for help about their device. Go ahead and ban me. I post most of my stuff on G+. I have my own community. I post articles how is that spam. Y'all don't know shyt about android

How can you use the S3 as an example when it's considered the best phone on the market? And I hate to bring up sales, but the numbers don't lie. Hell, throw in the note 2 as well.

Dude, I know it's a hard thing to admit, but RBK is right here.

The Note 2? YES great phone all around with better build quality than the S III. If you want to bring sales into the equation then the iPhone will always win..and that has had shytty build quality as well.

The Galaxy S III has shytty build quality and its really not debatable. Many people have these phones for 2 years and we are supposed to give them a pass for a phone that the fukking frame cracks? You dudes are not serious right? I know Samsung gets all the love from the Android crowd, but lets not be crazy here.

Ok think of it this way take the cheapest phones you can think of , matter fact we will use mine for example, i own a samsung dart

http://www.samsung.com/us/system/consumer/product/sg/ht/49/sght499mabtmb/t449_400x400_large1_cf.jpg

Phone is plastic/looks cheap , i can put the most $$$ case on it and it still going be a cheap plastic phone with bad build quality , no case is going to change that. That's my argument adding a case to a phone does not stop it from feeling cheap.

Build Quality is to me is a combination of style and material used to make a stylish AND durable product. No one here can argue that the S3 FEELS like a cheap phone now the saving grace of samsung though was that they managed to walk than thin line by making a phone that LOOKS good and them topping it off with great software experience

Lol, breh, really? You're starting to sound exactly like rbk.

The note 2 and GS3 are virtually the same phone minus the size. They are built exactly the same. It's typical samsung "cheap plastic" feel when it comes to their phones.

And the iphone has shiitty build quaity? Really? It's considered one of the best when it comes to build quality. And to go even further, people that normally ditch the Iphone normally grab the S3 as the next best option.

I wouldnt consider a phone that cracks all over the place good build quality. The best iPhone built was the FIRST iPhone. The 3G and 3GS with that plastic backing that cracked after a while. The 4 and 4S which can shatter all over the place. The 5 is a step up, but still pretty questionable because Apple is more about appearance than function.

Let's talk about build quality if you really want to get into this.

NOKIA - Best build quality all around - look at the lumia 900 and 920 if you need proof.

HTC - Very good build quality - all of their evo phones are built well since 2010. They had issues with their micro hdmi port, but the phone? Those things are built like bricks...that's what I expect out of a $500-$600 product. This is consistent with them throughout...they don't skimp on build quality from ALL their phones I have played with.

Samsung - hit or miss. The Galaxy S and S II felt alright, but you can just tell that they cut some corners on the S III. The shyt feels light and can snap at any moment. The Note 2 felt more durable, maybe I will need to play with it again because from what I can remember? The S III is one of the worst phones I have played with in years in terms of build quality...I would be scared to put my keys in the same pocket. The build quality felt like a NET10 or Tracfone. Hell I just played with the S II a couple of minutes ago and the build quality is MUCH better than the S III, its not even close lol. The Galaxy Nexus had good build quality also

LG is also hit or miss, but they have been improving lately.

:ohlawd: $40/month on simple mobile

 its ok though bout to throw a otterbox case on it and my shyt finna be a nexus 4 breh :krs:
Breh, if you are not ready to spend a whole lot of cash on a phone then just get a cheap Windows Phone 7 device. I bet that Dart is slow as shyt. You can get the LG C900 for $50 and be MUCH faster

use callingmart and enter one of those codes on retailmenot to get it down to about $38 a month.

I agree with about 80% of what you just wrote. That's not the point, however.

My point is that people generally don't care about build quality. Most people slap cases on their phone which kind of voids the whole argument in the first place. You say the S3's build quality is terrible. But it's the most poplular Android phone to date and won multiple awards AND, was even voted the phone of the year according to cnet.

Sorry breh, I know it's hard, but rbk is right on this one.

That Lumia 920 is a nice phone and well built but it's way too thick imo. If they make it thinner, its going to be excellent as Nokia definitely know how to build devices.

It doesnt matter what it won, the build quality is shyt. That's what we are talking about...you and RBK brining up phone of the year and other bs proves that you have no argument when it comes to that. Nobody is bringing up performance, software, or even software versions...its build quality and in that department samsung has slipped.

This all started because in his opinion all htc phones look the same which is false as well.
