go back to the wifi and click forget then input your info again.

if the wifi is greyed out then u need to sign into the browser....click chrome and network connection will pop up

It's like wifi itself doesn't want to enable. Says it's turning on, but never does. Was fine before the update to 4.2.1

There are no connections at all available. I can't even add any since it won't enable wifi.

disconnect your home modem for a few 5 secs....then power down your phone do a battery pull then reboot....next go back to the wifi setting and click forget again and re enter your info....

Should have just kept the original one you bought. It's not like the shyt you're sending in to get "fixed" is preventing the tablet from working.

The original had wifi issues, I'm not going back and fourth with Google on the phone because it's the fun thing to do, it's an inconvenience.
This wouldn't happen had I brought from Apple, IOS isn't cutting it anymore as it used to but Apple devices build quality and customer service...
