Yes you have to "pin" the music you want to remain on the device.

Like dude said pin. And make sure you allow caching in the settings, that way once you play a song it will be stored for a while even without pinning it.

Smn...I honestly never got anything under 20mbs when I was on Verizon....I averaged about 25-30
