Nah, it is actually quite simple to do and if it will generate more sales for Samsung then why not.
The only problem is that people will get confused when they go looking to buy the GS4 they see advertised on TV but end up buying Stock Android GS4 which is inferior to Touchwiz...
This is exactly the shyt I wanted.. I wanted stock android on a high end phone.
This is the reason I almost copped the DROID RAZR MAXX HD but it wasn't quite high end enough for me to be stuck with it for 2 yrs.
I love my HTC One though.

They're already selling phones out the ass .. they market the S4 over all the wonderful "features"
Which come with touchwiz so those go in the bushes with stock android
Then you figure Google wont be updating this on the Nexus schedule
It'll happen when Samsung makes it happen so.
The only real benefit I can see to this would be customizing to dump the bloat and add the features you want through Roms
Personally I'd consider selling my N4 for this if it's true and those XDA dudes can port multi window , the camera features, and other Sammy stuff for it without too many bugs
The idea of getting an S4 running paranoid android with all of the Sammy "features" that I could return to pure stock whenever I wanted
If that's the case then hell Yea.. But I don't see Samsung doing this

In my experience, TouchWiz / Sense features almost never make it over to stock or CM or PA. This is the reason I don't use any of the CM based ROM's.

Seriously on some "let's not get sued for making people deaf like McDonald's got sued for making people fat" bullshyt. I'll look into it. May be a setting you can change with an sql editor or something.
