The camera is clearer? Nah...that's opinion. Damn sure isn't fact.

I used both at the same time and compared the two. It seemed sharper and clearer to me:Manny:

could be the S4 screen though it is bigger but didn't seem as sharp

The One will be fine because of the community. It may not get official OTAs, but there shouldn't be a problem with it on the custom ROM side of things.

yeah cant see people from the marketing affecting the support of the htc one..

marketing team just doesnt want the failure of the facebook phone to fukk their reputations up, probably knew from the beginning the phone had no selling points with the software being readily available.. who wants to get possibly fired from a job because management wanted the impossible? rather then accept blame they skated and distanced themselves before they were jobless with a resume that included a massive failure at the top of the page

Need your guys help...

Just came up on a Note 2 for AT&T. I want to use it on Straight Talk. Will I be able to get 4G coverage on it (I can unlock it if that will make a difference)?

Also, what's the best ROM to run on this phone?

"rooting" gives you root access to the phone, meaning you can mess with the system files and stuff... simply rooting a phone doesn't do anything to it, but once you're rooted, you can do stuff like flash custom roms on it

advantage of rooting is that 1) you can get updates prior to the carrier pushing them out to your phone 2) you can flash custom roms and free apps and 3) you can get rid of all the carrier bloatware that your phone comes with

not really any disadvantages unless you don't know what you're doing and don't take the time to read... honestly, on an S4, I wouldn't root it, especially if you're not familiar with the XDA forums. It already has the newest features and software Android has to offer, just keep it as is. Only thing I'd consider is downloading Nova launcher because I hate Touchwiz.

I'd root it because Samsungs OS is buggy and laggy as fukk...

The phones performance improved quite drastically when I flashed CM 10.1

I just wish we had a way to wipe the fukking bloatware partition...

Google needs to either fix the problem with artists having the wrong picture on Google music or let us edit the picture ourselves.

You should get an att straight talk sim because the spectrum with a tmo sim wont give you great data speeds

youll get att hspa data

this will give you an idea 5-7 is common, higher in some areas

edit

I see they no longer sell att sims, so you may want to look at net 10 or h20
@HacksawJimThuggin

ebay sells them so you may have to go that way if still activatable
