Point is. It's my opinion. It shouldn't matter if I'm coming from a Note/Iphone/Lumia/BB I should still get a feeling that damn all these motions work correctly all the time which they dont. The S4 is a nice device. But I don't feel as if it is a big enough upgrade over the S3 to warrant a purchase.

And yes the HTC One speaker is pretty much the best I've ever dealt with. Hopefully more OEMs move to the Front speaker.

I rooted my Galaxy S3 a few months back and since then my signal has been shyt, when on phone to people they say it sounds like alot of wind blowing crackling noises and can't make out what I'm saying half the time. No you should figure out your model and carrier, and go to xda and figure out if there is a firmware update for your phone which sounds like the case.

My Evo LTE had horrible signal and audio issues for weeks til I checked that HTC had released like 4-5 firmware in the time that I had gotten the phone and I never updated.

If your firmware is not up to date, it could have undesirable effects on the overall performance of the phone no matter what ROM you're using.
