Looks like i fixed the issue i was having with my notifications( i think  )

I had to flash my nandroid backup and let my apps update themselves. I think when i flashed over my other ROM to the updated version, i think whatever bug was there carried over.

Gonna flash a new ROM clean maybe tonight and see what happens.

Emoji keyboard for non ne devices and galaxy nexus devices that dont have the emoji keyboard built in

Wnn Keyboard Lab - Android Apps on Google Play

How to enable Emoji on the stock Google keyboard. I keep seeing people having trouble getting emojis.

Step 1
Make sure you have the Google keyboard installed. If not go to the play store to download.

Step 2

Go to your phone settings then language and inputs. Scroll down and check the emoji input box. Its the last keyboard on the list. Then go back up Google keyboard and click the settings. It's the icon to the far right. Then scroll Down to advanced settings then click the other input method. Emoji will now be the globe ball on the keyboard by the mic icon.
this dosent work for the s3, I use go sms emoji plugin for mine but they dont show on instagram.

think I might sell my S4 for the Moto X.

It would be a nice change to not have to root and flash roms and always get the official updates first. Plus, I don't even really use all the S4's features like that. I haven't really been paying close attention, did they say the Moto X is gonna be an "official" Nexus device and pure Google experience, or will they throw MotoBlur on top of it?

You're not suppose to use the wnn keyboard. You're suppose to go to stock keyboard then click advance settings then other input method. A globe should be on your stock keyboard. Make sure wnn is check also inside language and input
