before I do my own independent research what phone do you guys think I should get?
I'm upgrading from the htc one m8 and loved the build quality and volume. camera left some things to be desired but it's not a huge deal to me. software and performance matter most.

S6 is probably the best out of that list, I hear Battery life is a bit meh though.
M9, biggest downside is camera again and performance is okay not as good as S6 but in day to day usage you'll probably be fine

I heard the g4 has battery issues as well as lagoon the LG ui skin.
I be on android central forums reading the reviews from those dudes who buy multiple phones a year.
I'd probably go m9 over g4.
