First..you have to download widget locker to get the stock lock screen.
Then you have to download "nova launcher" and choose the ICS or jellybean theme.
Then download jellybean keyboard to get the stock keyboard (which is way better than touchwiz keyboard BTW).
..after that you just set it up how you want...the apps will show you how to go about everything.

I have switched to an "older" phone that I fixed the screen on. Had a 3GS, got this HTC Inspire 4G with a cracked screen for free and replaced the screen. I'm sold on Android...I know I need to upgrade phones but I'm gonna figure this shyt out before I put money into it. Apple iOS is easier to USE but Android is just so much....more..n/h. Goog set biatch
