How do I use titanium to backup purchased apps from Google play, reading comments people are saying it works for devices that are rooted.

Been trying to backup purchased apps from the Google play store and than get refunded so far the backup managers I've tried all fail to backup the purchased apps.

Not that I condone the practice, but Google has license checks in place to prevent this, so shame on a developer for not using them.

Purchase app, install app, backup app, uninstall app for refund within fifteen minutes.
