Good condition...... the battery cover don't snap on all the way but I have a nice case for it and two extended batteries

go to a verizon store and get them to give you a new cover or fix your old cover. had the same problem with my battery cover and they bent it a little and fixed it

My current 920 is Red. Just ordered the N4 last night. Will order the replacement phone for this one as soon as my N4 hits my step. Probably gonna report it lost so I can keep the 920 as a 32GB media player.
