What are the pros?

I love the music integration and the size for when I'm in the gym. It's quick to take notes and take quick pictures. And I always know I got a top app...than the final thing is the build quality I like it...I also don't forceose at all.

Based on the phones Motorola announced were getting a were getting the KitKat 4.4 update and the fact that Galaxy Nexus isn't getting the update, it's safe to say any Android Phone/tablet that has a Texas Instruments OMAP SoC, won't be getting an update.
