In the settings depending on your app and os version it could be different. On mine I go into settings and there is a refresh music option which I select to update and also a downloaded only music on or off switch to access music on the cloud + device or device only option, which gives access to music cached (recently streamed) or downloaded/stored on the phone only.
Yea I've been doing refresh still doing the same shyt...never had this problem on my previous nexus 5....I deactivates off the account thinking maybe it would solve the problem

hmmmm, reading through this thread got me ready to cop that OPO. for that price it sounds like piff and this Galaxy S4 ain't been treating me right over the last few months
. battery life has become trash, all my pictures come out sideways now AND my network becomes unavailable all the time leading to unsent texts galore, I think it's time to let it go. I can't justify spending a 2 year contract price on another phone right now and my upgrade is like 7 months away. now to actually go about securing one........

I was waiting as long as I could for an invite for the OPO. I was in a wreck and my phone screen was totaled. I didnt want to spend $150 to fix a Nexus. I would rather put that towards a new phone. I was trying to not by the 5s since the 6 was right around the corner, plus I just wanted a change from android after so long. I even went as far as using an old ass phone from 2005 trying to wait and get an invite to no avail. Ended up just fixinf my Nexus and will cop the 5.5 6 when it drops. They couldve had my money because the OPO is a great phone but that invite system is fukking stupid.
